Orbit License Agreement

Please read this License Agreement carefully before installing or using Orbit. By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Tijil Das ("Licensor") grants you ("User") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Orbit ("the Software") solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

The Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Tijil Das. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Third-Party API Keys

The Software supports integration with third-party AI providers via user-supplied API keys ("BYOK"). You are solely responsible for obtaining, securing, and managing your own API keys, and for any costs, terms, or obligations imposed by those third-party providers. Tijil Das is not responsible for any charges, data exposure, or damages arising from your use of third-party services through the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tijil Das does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tijil Das shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Updates and Changes

Tijil Das may update or modify the Software and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer, Tijil Das regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
