By downloading, installing, or using Orbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the application.
Orbit grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms.
This license does not grant you ownership of the application or its source code.
Orbit is a tool for managing your personal study data. You are solely responsible for:
Orbit's backup feature allows you to store data in your personal Google Drive account. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without guarantees of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always function as intended.
In no event shall the developers of Orbit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.
You agree not to misuse the application, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms are violated. Ending access to the app does not cancel legal responsibilities or protections that are meant to continue.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
